Thank you for choosing our services for your event. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your event. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation with 72 Hours Notice: If you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your event, we will refund you the full amount you paid for our services.

2. Cancellation with Less than 72 Hours Notice: In the event that you need to cancel your event with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs and preparations we have already made for your event.

3. Facilitator Unavailability: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, our facilitator is unable to attend your event, we will refund you the full amount you paid for our services, along with an additional $100 as compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Refund Process: Once a cancellation has been confirmed, we will initiate the refund process within 3 business days. The refunded amount will be returned using the original method of payment.

Change or Reschedule: If you wish to reschedule your event instead of canceling it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.
