I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the sound meditation and healing. I have never tried anything of this kind before and it was new to me. However the guidance provided on how to really experience the sound and let it penetrate your body gave me a healing and calming experience.
I did not know what to expect, and that is a good thing. I left all my judgements and preconceived notions at the door. This is what allowed me to really dive in and allow the vibrations and the sound to touch me.
What followed was a truly peaceful and serene state of consciousness, which also allowed the healing vibrations to do thier work. The carefully selected series of sounds put me in a state to receive healing of body, mind and soul.
I cannot thank Guy enough for this experience, to really discover a totally unconventional and natural way of healing.

I have been to many Sound Bath’s throughout the years, some are beautiful, some are simply amazing and very few touch something inside to stay with you in every aspect of busy life ahead.
